The car has an indicated 92000 miles with a comprehensive history file including most MOTs back to 1985 to support this.
Originally painted Topaz the car was bare metal resprayed in Magenta, bumpers re-chromed, wheels refurbished with new tyres & a new soft top fitted prior to my purchasing the car in April 2015. Photos of the respray works available with the history file.
2016: At 86000 miles the engine was fully rebuilt including new oil pump, an external electric water pump, header tank & electric fan fitted. Uprated & repositioned alternator fitted.
2017: New discs, pads, calipers, rear shoes, slave cylinders & flexible hoses fitted.
New electronic ignition, coil & battery fitted.
2018: New CV jointed drive shafts & rear hubs fitted. Suspension polybushed. LED side, tail, brake, indicator, reversing, number plate & interior lights installed. Steering column refurbished.
2019: Front struts refurbished, new rear springs & shockers fitted. Track rod ends replaced. New wiper motor, door locks & windscreen replaced. Combined oil pressure / temperature gauge fitted. High level brake light and daylight running lights fitted. Oil pressure when hot is >20 PSI at tickover and 50 PSI at 3000 RPM.
2020: Rear fog lights fitted. Rebuilt & enlarged parcel shelf with illumination & 12 volt sockets installed. Carburettors overhauled.
The car has had annual oil changes and bi annual cooling system flush through and coolant changes.

For convenience, the car has a built in sat nav unit, rear inertia seat belts and a Bosscreen wind deflector.
The car is currently valued by the Stag Owners Club for insurance at £18500.
