December Discount Offer

From 1st December 2011 to 31st December 2011 we are offering our customers 10% discount on the net price (catalogue list price before VAT) on all spares orders over £100.00.  The discount will be calculated at the checkout. 

Catalogue Information

All items listed are subject to VAT at the current rate.

If you require a part that is not listed on the catalogue please contact us as we may be able to source what you require or supply it second hand.

Delivery Information

Delivery will be either by Royal Mail or courier dependent on the size and weight of your order.  Unless notified otherwise your order will be despatched within 1-2 working days. This however does not apply to 'Special Order' or 'To Order Only' items.

The cost of the average shipment will range between £4.00 for a small item by Royal Mail, to £22.00 for a very large or heavy item.  The shipping cost will be calculated at the checkout. 

For extra large orders the shipping cost will not appear at the checkout, but will be notified to you before the transaction is processed.

International and European Delivery

For International and European deliveries the shipping price will show during the on-line ordering process, however, in some cases this price will be an approximation as shipping charges vary between countries.   You will be notified by phone or email if the shipping charge will be different.

For extra large orders the shipping cost will not appear at the checkout, but will be notified to you before the transaction is processed.

Returns Policy 

Returns are accepted provided the item is returned withing 14 days (unless arranged otherwise).  The item should be returned in the original package, undamaged with a covering note/explanation and a copy of the sales invoice.

We will endeavour to replace any damaged or faulty item without delay, or if a replacement is not an option we will refund the total cost of the item.

The cost of returning any items is at the customers expense.

Privacy Information

We respect your privacy and so we will not share your personal information with any third party.

Your details will be accessible only by authorised members of staff at E.J. Ward and will be used only for the purposes of processing your order and administering our website.

Your data will be stored in accordance with the UK data protection act and will not be transferred outside of the United Kingdom.

We operate a newsletter which customers can choose to subscribe to on an opt-in basis. The newsletter is operated in strict accordance with industry standard "best practice" procedures. Subscribers can choose to unsubscribe at any time and the request will be handled automatically and immediately.

We take great care to ensure that your information is handled securely.

Our website uses 128bit SSL encryption to transfer your login details, personal information and payment details securely, and your payment details are encrypted when stored in our database.

We will delete your payment details from our database once your order has been processed.

Terms and Conditions

Payment will only be taken once your items are ready for shipment (Unless arranged otherwise).

Prices are correct at time of publishing but errors and omissions are excluded.

We reserve the right to change the pricing of our parts and services without prior notice.  However, we will not alter the price of an item after you have been through the checkout.
